Please read these terms carefully before using Aeograph. By purchasing credits or using our audit tools, you agree to be bound by these conditions.
1. Nature of Service
Aeograph ("we", "us") provides an automated auditing tool that uses Artificial Intelligence (LLMs) to analyze web content and provide suggestions for "Answer Engine Optimization" (AEO).
Disclaimer: SEO and AEO are speculative fields. We do not guarantee specific search rankings, traffic increases, or citation by AI engines (like ChatGPT or Gemini). Our reports are advisory only.
2. Credits & Payments
- Pay-As-You-Go: Services are purchased via "Credits" on a pre-paid basis.
- No Expiration: Purchased credits do not expire and remain in your account until used or until the account is terminated.
- Pricing: We reserve the right to change the price of credit packages at any time. However, credits you have already purchased will retain their value.
3. Refund Policy
Because our products are digital goods with immediate delivery, we enforce a strict refund policy to prevent abuse:
- Unused Credits: You are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase if zero (0) credits from that specific package have been used.
- Used Credits: Once a credit has been redeemed to generate a report, that specific purchase is non-refundable. The value has been delivered (computing costs incurred).
- Technical Failures: If a technical error prevents a report from generating successfully, we will automatically refund the credit to your account balance.

4. AI Accuracy & Liability
Our services utilize third-party Large Language Models (such as Google Gemini and OpenAI). You acknowledge that:
- AI models may occasionally produce incorrect, offensive, or "hallucinated" information.
- We are not liable for any content published on your site based on our recommendations.
- You are responsible for reviewing all code snippets (JSON-LD) and text before implementing them on your live website.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use automated scripts to scrape our data or reverse-engineer our proprietary scoring algorithms.
- Submit URLs containing illegal, malicious, or harmful content for scanning.
Violation of these terms may result in the immediate termination of your account without refund.
These terms shall be governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
